Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Fax Databases licenses business and professional contact records to customers. Named professional information can be personal information even when it concerns work. Our Privacy Policy explains the information involved and its purposes. We do not claim that all business-contact data is outside privacy law.

Make a request without an account

Use Contact Us and enter “California privacy request” or “Do not sell my information” as the subject. Tell us the request you want to make and enough information to locate the record, such as the name, business, state and relevant fax number. You do not need to purchase a list or create an account.

Where applicable, you may request information about collection and disclosure, access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out of sale or sharing. An authorized agent may submit a request and explain the authority on which they act. Do not provide a government ID in the initial message.

Handling your request

We may need proportionate verification before giving access to or deleting records. A sale/sharing opt-out does not require the same verified-request process. Applicable legal exceptions can affect what must be retained, including security, transaction or suppression information. We will explain if a request cannot be completed as submitted.

Where the CCPA applies, access, correction and deletion requests generally have a 45-day response period, with permitted extensions explained to you. Sale/sharing opt-outs must be processed as soon as feasible and within 15 business days. We do not charge or discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Independent recipients

A request to us concerns our processing. It does not automatically unsubscribe you from an independent sender’s communications. You may also need to contact that sender. This does not reduce obligations we have to notify recipients or honor rights under applicable law.
