European and UK Privacy Information

Information about applicable European and UK privacy rights and professional contact data.

Updated September 15, 2026 · Contact Us

Scope of this notice

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy where European or UK data-protection law applies to our handling of information. It is not a compliance certification, and it does not mean every use of a purchased list is lawful.

Professional information and lawful processing

Information about a named professional can be personal information. Account and purchase administration may be necessary to perform a contract. Legal obligations can require recordkeeping. Security and other legitimate-interest processing require a valid assessment where that basis applies; consent is required for activities that legally depend on it.

Legitimate interests are not blanket permission to send advertisements. Buyers must establish the requirements for their own communications. Public availability of contact data also does not by itself remove transparency, source, transfer or individual-rights obligations.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent, and object to relevant processing. You can object to processing for direct marketing. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Use Contact Us with “Privacy request” and describe whether it concerns an account or database listing. Provide enough information to locate the record. We may request proportionate verification to protect against unauthorized disclosure. Applicable requests are normally addressed within one month; any legally permitted extension or limitation will be explained.

You may complain to your competent data-protection supervisory authority. Using our contact process does not remove that right. For information about a specific source or processing purpose, include that question in your request.
